The Holiday Plaza Motel is an established motel and has been in operation for many years. We provide year round accommodation for travellers and business people visiting North Bay and have clean, quiet, comfortable rooms at reasonable rates. All units are equipped with direct dial telephone free of charge. You have the choice of smoking or non smoking rooms, with a small fridge and microwave or a suite with a fully equipped kitchen. Located on Hwy 11B within the city of North Bay, we are only minutes away and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, cinemas, bingo halls, and bicycle paths. We're at a reasonable distance from North Bay's downtown, Arts Centre, museums, college and university campuses, and airport, bus, and train station.

We have beach access to beautiful Lake Nipissing where you might enjoy swimming or a variety of other activities or simply take in the spectacular sunsets. Lake cruises are available during the summer months. We're located adjacent to Parks Creek, one of the few snowmobile trails within city limits, and have access to a gasoline filling station. Snowmobiles can be parked at the room door. We accept most major credit cards and have winter plug-ins for vehicles at no extra charge.

North Bay is a city of 56,000 residents, located on the northern shore of Lake Nipissing, 3 1/2 hours north of Toronto and easily accessible by plane, train or via highways 400 and (mostly 4 lanes) 11, or highway 17. We are close to several provincial parks including Algonquin.
