We are situated on 5 acres of beautiful, private property. The famous Hillman Marsh Nature Conservancy is less than 2km away. Walk, bike, or drive to this beautiful conservation area to see the most diverse collection of birds and butterflies in North America.

Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets from this pristine property or have a bar-b-que and a dip in the pool.

Your hostess, Loretta Strang, welcomes you to her wonderful home and she hopes you have a most enjoyable stay. The Almost Heaven Bed & Breakfast features 3 rooms with queen beds and ensuite or shared baths. Children over 12 and pets are welcome to our family friendly and smoke free home. The pool and patio area is the perfect place for a get together or just relaxing in the sun. Our above ground pool can be utilized by all our guests at their own risk. We ask that all children under 16 be accompanied by an adult at all times. It is a great place to cool down a hot dog ;-). The upper deck has a beautiful umbrella covered dining table for a bar-b-que or outdoor breakfast. The lower deck is adorned with comfortable patio furniture so you can enjoy the fresh air or the birds in the nearby bird feeders.

We have three luxurious rooms to choose from: The King David room with queen bed and private ensuite, the Queen Anne room with queen bed and shared bath, and the Lord Byron room with queen bed and shared bath.

Local attractions include: Point Pelee National Park, Canadian Transportation Museum, Mastronardi Winery, Pelee Island Winery, Hilmann Marsh Nature Conservancy, Colosanti's Tropical Gardens, and more.
