Clock Tower Inn ( Strathroy )
Take a Step Back in Time ... with our spectacular example of early Canadiana architecture and suites reminiscent of Victorian splendor. Built in 1889, by the Government of Canada, the building housed the original Post Office, Custom House and Inland Revenue for the area. The architect, Thomas Fuller, was the chief architect for the Parliament Buildings in Ottawa.
The Inn offers eight luxuriously appointed suites with their own fireplace, uniquely decorated and furnished to extend a soft, gracious atmosphere for our guests. Each suite is an experience in itself with the ultimate in comfort and first class amenities.
Enjoy great food and atmosphere in the Duke of Earl Pub located on the ground floor of the Inn. A fine selection of draft and pub favourties.
"Soaker tubs, spa showers in a 120 year old vault, heated ceramic floors, a fireplace in every room.... comfort and elegance beyond comparison for a fraction of the price you would normally expect to pay. That’s what you will discover at the Clock Tower Inn."
