The Georgian Manor, located on Georgian Bay is currently undergoing a 16 million dollar renovation plan to upgrade the facilities to a resort of international distinction. The Manor is host to many summer and winter activities throughout the year. On the Manor grounds is the Steak & Seafood restaurant serving the best surf-and-turf in a casual family dining atmosphere. The licensed lounge and patio is where visitors can comfortably sun themselves in the Georgian sunshine while sipping wine or beer. For those who need pampering, the Utopia Spa and Salon offers spa packages including massage therapy, body treatments, hand & foot care, facials, waxing, salon services and tanning.

Guests can also chose from five different types of accommodation at the Georgian Manor Resort, ranging from hotel guest rooms, studio suites, one-bedroom suites, to two and three bedroom condominiums.
