Providence Bay is located on the south shore of the "Largest Freshwater Island in the World". Manitoulin Island is the jewel of North America 's Great Lakes. The Island is dotted with lakes, woods, farms and small communities including many First Nation communities. Geologically unique and culturally special. Early native inhabitants of the region called the bay Bebekodawangog, "where the beach curves around the water." On the Bay is a family run Bed and Breakfast where you will experience the warmest hospitality and wonderful breakfasts. We look forward to your many visits. Relax and enjoy the panoramic view over Providence Bay beach from our upper sun deck, relax in our comfortable recreation sitting room or just lounge on our lower deck where you can savour the quiet serenity of the beach and enjoy the calm water with its reflections of many colours.

As the sun slowly lowers to the west, and your day concludes enjoy viewing the gorgeous sunset. Take a leisurely stroll on the boardwalk or just relax under a blanket of beautiful stars.
